Test system for measuring vacuum cleaners/vacuum cleaners in accordance with EN 60312-1

Measuring chamber designed as a sheet steel desktop housing with desktop data acquisition box with DAQ. 460x460x250 mm sheet steel with a tubular section to stabilize the airflow, a damper, and sensor connections in accordance with the recommendations of standard EN 60312-1.

The following sensors are installed in the measurement section:
– 1x temperature sensor (external, 0-10V DC output)
– 1x vacuum sensor (negative pressure, 0-10V DC output, 0.5%)
– 1x Air Flow Sensor (output 0–10 V DC, 0.5%)
– 1x Voltage Sensor 230 V (output 0–10 V DC, 0.5%)
– 1x Current Sensor, max. 16A (0–10 V DC output, 0.5%)

The test object can be supplied with power via an earthing contact socket on the front panel. Operating voltage: 230 V/16 A.
All measurement data is recorded using a Goldammer USB BASIC DAQ card (sampling rate: 10 kHz). Measurement data acquisition using DASYLab from National Instruments.
