Endurance test for suitcase handles

The test module consists of a linear axis that can open, extend and close the telescopic handles of cases with repeat accuracy.
The test module is pre-assembled and can be installed as a built-in module in a multifunctional test bay. All profiles, brackets and fastening elements are included in the scope of delivery.
The telescope is brought into the basic position by the operator. The telescopic handle is fixed to the linear axis close to the application. Fixings for T-handles and U-handles are included.
After selecting the test program on the included PLC controller, testing is carried out automatically in accordance with the test plan.
Various test sequences can be programmed on the controller. An additional pneumatic actuator can be freely positioned and actuates the handle button. A load cell measures the force required when extending and retracting. This force can be read off the display and abort criteria can be defined.
