A height-adjustable, magnetic ejection unit is fitted inside the test chamber. A solid smooth steel ball with a mass of 225 g can be attached to this ejection unit (included in the scope of delivery).
\nThe ejection can be triggered via an electrical button after the safety door has been closed.
\nThis means that tests in accordance with EN 12983-2 section 4.2 or Annex B: Steel ball impact test can be carried out safely.<\/p>\n
An impact hammer with a mass of 75 g and a pointed tool with a radius of curvature of 0.2 mm is also fitted in the test chamber. Pulling out the retaining bolt (possible from outside the test chamber) allows the tool to fall freely onto the glass lid.
